Sterling Silver Horizontal Oval Bezel Pendant, Beaded Bezel, Patterned Bail, Rainbow Moonstone Box Clasp, 18" Necklace with 1.5" Pendant Drop, Handmade in Boston's South End, Reiki-Charged

Fasten the sterling silver circular box clasp at the nape of your neck.

Feel the Rainbow Moonstone bezel settle against the skin at the back of your neck, cool and luminous, its adularescent glow private and complete, a small moon resting where the spine meets the skull, working quietly at the back of the piece while everything else faces forward.

18 inches of genuine Black Spinel, each stone hand-selected for its deep, absolute, velvety black color and energetic resonance, hand-strung on durable Fireline cord and crocheted one at a time by Stacy using the traditional Bulgarian crochet method into a slender, flexible tube approximately quarter-inch round. Black Spinel does not absorb light the way matte black stones absorb it. It catches it. At the facet level, deep inside the stone, each bead holds a small, private fire, a darkness that is not empty but full, the particular quality of the night sky that is not the absence of light but the presence of everything that light reveals when the noise of the day finally stops.

Then the pendant arrives.

It drops 1.5 inches below the necklace, so the piece wears like 19.5 inches in total, falling to the collarbone and just below, to the place where the Throat Chakra and the Heart Chakra meet and speak to each other. The pendant is a genuine Dendritic Opal, 1.5 inches wide by 1.90 inches tall by 0.25 inches deep, set horizontally in a sterling silver bezel so that the full width of the stone faces the world. The bezel is hand-finished with a beaded pattern along its edge, each small bead of silver a deliberate, unhurried mark of craft. The bail above it is patterned, not plain, chosen because a stone this extraordinary deserves a setting that meets it at its own level of detail.

The Dendritic Opal itself is a world. A white or cream ground scattered with natural manganese oxide dendrite inclusions that formed inside the stone over millions of years in patterns that look exactly like tiny trees, like ferns, like frost drawn on glass by a hand that had all the time in the world and no reason to hurry. No two Dendritic Opals in the world contain the same dendrites. The landscape inside this stone exists nowhere else on earth. It is the only one of its kind, and it is resting at your collarbone.

Turn the pendant over, and there is a sun.

A sun cutout in the sterling silver bezel on the back of the pendant, hidden against the skin, not for the world to see, not for anyone else to know about. A private solar symbol, a small, precise declaration of radiant power resting directly against the body, at the heart center, where the sun's energy belongs.

Three stones. Three energies. One hidden sun. And a crocheted rope of midnight-black Spinel connecting all of it, from the Rainbow Moonstone at the nape of the neck to the Dendritic Opal world resting at the collarbone, with a private sun burning quietly against the skin between them.

This is not a necklace. This is a landscape worn at the collarbone, a private cosmos of protection, nature, and luminous inner knowing, with a hidden sun that only you know is there.

There is exactly one of this necklace in the world. The gemstones pick you.

The Transformation

This piece does not ask to be noticed.

It simply is.

The Black Spinel crocheted rope is the foundation, 18 inches of deep, absolute, velvety black that grounds the entire piece in the energy of protection, empowerment, and the particular clarity of the person who has released what no longer serves them and stepped fully, quietly, and without apology into their own power. Black Spinel does not perform its protection. It simply holds it, steadily and completely, the way the person who has done the inner work holds their own boundaries, without drama, without exhaustion, without needing to explain themselves to anyone.

The Dendritic Opal pendant is the heart of the piece. Worn horizontally at the collarbone, the full 1.90 inches of the stone faces the world, and the world inside it- the millions of years of patient, unhurried growth that produced those dendritic landscapes- faces outward with it. Dendritic Opal is the stone of nature, abundance, and the deep, patient wisdom of the natural world. It is the stone for the person who understands that growth is not loud. It is not dramatic. It is the slow, steady, patient accumulation of small, true things over time, the way a fern grows, the way a river delta forms, the way the dendrites formed inside this stone, one molecule at a time, over millions of years, into something that looks like a forest seen from above.

And at the nape of the neck, hidden at the back of the piece, the Rainbow Moonstone box clasp works quietly where the spine meets the skull, where the body's intuition lives, where the deep, luminous inner knowing of the person who has learned to trust themselves resides. Rainbow Moonstone is the stone of the divine feminine, of cycles and tides, of the intuition that does not announce itself but knows, the way the moon does not explain its light but simply gives it.

The hidden sun on the back of the Dendritic Opal bezel is the final layer. It faces the skin. It faces inward. It is not for the world. It is for the wearer alone, a private solar symbol of vitality, radiance, and the particular power of the person who carries their light within, who does not need to display it to know it is real.

Stacy crocheted every bead of this necklace by hand. Jack set the Dendritic Opal pendant in its sterling silver bezel, hand-finishing the beaded bezel edge and the patterned bail with the same unhurried precision he brings to every piece of metalwork that leaves the studio. Together, they built a piece that is not simply beautiful. It is complete.

Metaphysical Properties

Key Energies: Protection, empowerment, grounding, the release of what no longer serves, nature wisdom, abundance, patient growth, the deep intelligence of the natural world, luminous intuition, the divine feminine, cycles and tides, inner knowing, solar vitality, radiant personal power, the private fire of the person who carries their light on the inside

Chakra Alignment: This piece works across three distinct energetic centers simultaneously. The Black Spinel crocheted rope activates the Root Chakra, the energetic center of safety, grounding, and the embodied sense of belonging to the earth and to the self. The Dendritic Opal pendant, worn at the collarbone where the Throat Chakra and the Heart Chakra meet, activates the alignment between the heart's knowing and the voice's expression, between what is felt and what is said, between the inner landscape and the outer world. The Rainbow Moonstone box clasp at the nape of the neck activates the Third Eye and Crown Chakras, the energetic centers of intuition, inner wisdom, and the luminous connection between the personal self and the infinite intelligence of the universe. The hidden sun on the back of the Dendritic Opal bezel activates the Solar Plexus Chakra, the energetic center of personal power, vitality, and the radiant confidence of the person who knows who they are. This is a full-spectrum energetic piece, working from the root to the crown, from the earth to the sky, from the private to the public, from the hidden to the revealed.

Elemental Association: Earth, Water, and Fire

Emotional Healing: Black Spinel supports the release of resentment, anger, and the particular exhaustion of the person who has been carrying other people's energy in their own body for too long. It creates a clear, grounded energetic boundary, not a wall but a membrane, permeable to love and connection, impermeable to what does not belong. Dendritic Opal supports the person who has been forcing their growth, who has been impatient with their own process, who has forgotten that the most extraordinary things in the natural world- the forests, the river deltas, the dendrites inside this stone- grew slowly, patiently, and without apology. It supports the restoration of trust in the natural timing of one's own life. Rainbow Moonstone supports the person who has stopped trusting their own intuition, who has outsourced their inner knowing to other people's opinions, who has forgotten that the luminous, quiet voice inside them has never once been wrong. It supports the restoration of the deep, grounded, embodied trust in the self that is not arrogance but simply the willingness to listen to what has always been there.

Spiritual Growth: Black Spinel has been used across cultures as a stone of protection and spiritual empowerment, a guardian stone that clears the energetic field and creates the conditions for genuine spiritual growth. Dendritic Opal carries the energy of the natural world in its most patient and extraordinary form, the wisdom of millions of years of slow, unhurried, perfect growth encoded in the dendrites inside the stone. It has been used as a stone of abundance, connection to nature spirits, and the deep, patient intelligence of the earth. Rainbow Moonstone carries the energy of the divine feminine across virtually every spiritual tradition in the world, from the lunar goddesses of the ancient Mediterranean to the Shakti traditions of India to the modern crystal tradition, where it is understood as one of the most powerful stones for the activation of intuition, the honoring of cycles, and the luminous inner knowing of the person who has learned to trust the tides of their own life.

About the Gemstones

Black Spinel is a magnesium aluminum oxide mineral in the spinel group, found primarily in Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Thailand, and Tanzania. It is one of the least known gemstones in the crystal world, frequently confused with black tourmaline or onyx, but entirely distinct in its mineral composition, energetic signature, and optical properties. Natural Black Spinel has a vitreous luster and a refractive index that gives it a depth and a quiet inner fire that matte black stones do not possess. It registers at 7.5 to 8 on the Mohs hardness scale, making it one of the more durable stones in this collection.

Dendritic Opal is a variety of common opal, a hydrated amorphous silica, distinguished by its natural manganese oxide dendrite inclusions. The dendrites are not surface markings. They formed inside the stone over millions of years as mineral-rich water moved through microscopic fractures in the silica, depositing manganese oxide in branching, fractal patterns that replicate the forms of trees, ferns, frost, and river systems. No two Dendritic Opals in the world contain the same dendrites. The landscape inside this stone is the only one of its kind on earth. Dendritic Opal registers at 5.5 to 6.5 on the Mohs hardness scale.

Rainbow Moonstone is a variety of labradorite feldspar distinguished by its adularescence, the luminous blue-white glow that moves across the stone's surface as the viewing angle changes, produced by diffraction of light between alternating layers of feldspar within the stone's structure. The finest Rainbow Moonstone comes from India and Sri Lanka. It registers at 6 to 6.5 on the Mohs hardness scale.

Reiki, Sound and Moon Energy Infused

Before this necklace reaches you, Stacy, a certified Reiki Master, Crystal Healer, and sound healing practitioner, channels Reiki energy directly into every stone with focused intention. Jack, a certified sound-healing practitioner, infuses the piece with sound-healing vibrations. The necklace is then moon-energized under the lunar cycle before it ships.

This is not done in bulk. It is done one piece at a

time, so that what arrives at your collarbone is already working for you, all three stones, all three energies, and the hidden sun resting against your skin, activated and intentional before the piece ever leaves Boston.

Ethically Sourced and Intuitively Selected

Every stone in this necklace was chosen by hand.

Stacy sources exclusively from family-owned and values-aligned suppliers who operate with honesty, transparency, and deep respect for the earth and the communities that mine these stones. She selects each Black Spinel bead individually for its deep, velvety black color and energetic resonance. The Dendritic Opal pendant was chosen for the extraordinary one-of-a-kind dendrite landscape inside the stone, its cream ground, the quality of its silica, and the energetic resonance that made it clear this stone was ready to become a piece of wearable art.

The Rainbow Moonstone in the box clasp was selected for its adularescent glow, the quality of the blue-white light that moves across its surface, and its energetic alignment with the intuitive, luminous energy this piece is built to carry.

No filler stones. No shortcuts. Only the stones that belong in this piece.

How to Work With It

Before you put it on for the first time, hold the pendant in both hands and look at the dendrites inside the Dendritic Opal. Take your time. Let the landscape inside the stone come into focus. Notice what it looks like to you. A forest. A river delta. Frost on glass. A map of somewhere you have always known but never been able to name. That is your landscape now. It formed inside this stone over millions of years, and it has been waiting.

Set your intention quietly or out loud. Tell it what you are ready to release, what you are ready to grow into, and what version of yourself- the one who is grounded, protected, and fully trusting of their own inner knowing- you are ready to stop postponing.

Fasten the Rainbow Moonstone box clasp at the nape of your neck. Feel the Moonstone settle against the skin at the back of the neck, cool and luminous. Feel the crocheted Black Spinel rope fall to the collarbone. Feel the Dendritic Opal pendant drop the final 1.5 inches to the meeting point of your truth and your heart. Take one breath. The hidden sun is resting against your skin now. Only you know it is there.

Touch the pendant during moments when you need grounding, when the noise of the day has become too loud, and you need a quiet reminder that the natural world, the world of slow, patient, unhurried growth, is still there, still working, still producing extraordinary things in its own time and in its own way.

During meditation, sit with both hands resting open in your lap. Bring your awareness to the pendant at the collarbone. Breathe into that place. With each inhale, invite in the deep, patient wisdom of the natural world, the protection of the Black Spinel, the luminous intuition of the Rainbow Moonstone, and the quiet, radiant power of the hidden sun resting against your skin. With each exhale, release every layer of urgency, impatience, and the particular exhaustion of the person who has been forcing their growth instead of trusting it.

Care Instructions

This necklace contains three distinct stones, each with its own care requirements, and a sterling silver setting and clasp. Please care for the piece according to the most sensitive stone in the combination.

Black Spinel registers at 7.5 to 8 on the Mohs hardness scale and is one of the more durable stones in this collection. It is resistant to scratching but should be kept away from prolonged direct sunlight and stored separately from harder stones and metals to preserve the surface integrity of the crocheted beads.

Dendritic Opal registers at 5.5 to 6.5 on the Mohs hardness scale and is a porous stone that can absorb water, oils, perfumes, and other liquids. Water exposure can compromise the stone's surface integrity and affect the clarity of dendrite inclusions over time. Keep it away from water, humidity, prolonged direct sunlight, and heat. Remove before swimming, bathing, exercising, washing hands, or applying perfume, lotion, or cleaning products.

Rainbow Moonstone registers at 6 to 6.5 on the Mohs hardness scale and has perfect cleavage in two directions, meaning it can chip or crack if struck against a hard surface. Handle the clasp with care. Keep away from ultrasonic cleaners, steam cleaners, and harsh chemical solutions.

Store the necklace flat or coiled gently in its own pouch or compartment, away from harder gemstones and metals. Do not hang it by the clasp for extended periods, as this can place stress on the Fireline cord at the join points over time.

Clean with a soft, dry cloth only. Never use ultrasonic cleaners, steam cleaners, chemical jewelry solutions, or any water-based cleaning method on any part of this piece.

To cleanse energetically, place in moonlight overnight or use sound healing. Selenite is a safe and gentle option for all three stones. Do not use salt water, water submersion, or prolonged direct sunlight, as all three can compromise the surface integrity of the Dendritic Opal and the adularescent quality of the Rainbow Moonstone over time.
