These are beautiful South African Sodalite tumbles, in dark blue with white streaks in them. Historically, Sodalite was one of the prized stones. This stone was commonly used by royalty and priests. In ancient Egypt, people used talismans to ward off evil spirits and protect themselves from harm. The Caral people traded this stone as currency. Caral is the most ancient city known in the Americas and is close to the current-day Peru.
