Golden Tiger Eye and Pyrite Mala Necklace, jewelry

This Mala necklace was hand-knotted by Stacy using 108 genuine gemstones, combining Golden Tiger Eye & Pyrite.  What a fantastic combination to help with healing your mood! This would make an excellent Meditation necklace, enhancing your experience of connecting to yourself. This mala necklace would be a wonderful gift for yoga enthusiasts or someone who appreciates current style!

The necklace measures 38 inches long, not including the Guru bead, which adds another 2 inches. The gemstones measure from 6-10mm. The knotting cord is .75mm #7 hunter green cord. The hunter-green cord looks excellent against both types of gemstones. This would look good on a man or a woman. 

►Mala Who?
A Mala is a hand-knotted necklace with 108 beads traditionally used to track mantras during meditation. Many traditional Malas feature a "Guru Bead" at the bottom to help you keep your place, create intention, and remind you why you are meditating. The Guru Bead represents the teacher. Traditional mala necklaces also feature a Tassel hanging below the Guru Bead.
Recently, Malas have become extremely popular as they are a great style piece anyone can wear! The term "Mala" comes from the Sanscrit translation, Meditation Garland. Malas from Hidden Jewel of the south end are authentically made using only the finest gemstones, hand-knotted on nylon thread, often with a silk tassel added.

►Metaphysical Properties:
Tiger eye may bring good luck and protection from the evil eye to the wearer. Many also believe it is getting clear thinking and insight. Tiger eye is a favorite stone of many women, as it matches everything!

Pyrite was treasured in many ancient civilizations and used in jewelry of many ancient times—the word Pyrite is from the word ‘ pry,’ which in Greek means fire. Pyrite is also known as fool's gold. But there is nothing foolish about it! Did you know if you strike pyrite against another stone, it will cause a spark, and you can start a fire with it? The inner warmth of this stone is said to make it a very protective stone, shielding the user from negative energy of all kinds. Carry Pyrite in your pocket to protect you from environmental pollution. If you work or live in an area of high pollution (a city), this is an excellent stone to have close.
