Grandidierite is an extremely rare gemstone from Madagascar, discovered in 1902. Then, in 2000, it was found in Sri Lanka. However, this lot is from Madagascar.  Grandidierite is a semi-precious stone. Grandidierite gemstone occurs in shades of bluish, sea green, or a combination of the two. The hardness of the gemstone is 7.5. The hues of the Grandidierite would determine its healing properties, such as the bluish hues assisting one in raising their intuition and soothing their emotions. The green hues inspire optimism, good fortune, and abundance.
