This Event is at 5/20/24, at Figurella Wellesley.

Please arrive by 6:30 to settle in, claim your space, and if time allows, you can get some an extra experience and a head start on grounding, utilizing our one of a kind Step in Singing bowl at check in!

Be on time as we will start the sound bath Promptly at 7, and it will be difficult to enter once we start.

What to Expect:

🎶 Sound Healing: Let the resonant tones of Metal and Crystal singing bowls, Tibetan gongs, chimes and many other instruments wash over you as you relax and let your mind reset for a full hour. Each sound wave will resonate with your body, releasing tension and promoting balance.

🌙 Moon Magic: The moon amplifies our intentions. Set your positive affirmations and let the moon’s energy infuse them with power.

🧘‍♀️ Relaxation: Let Hidden Jewel guide you through a relaxation session. You can lay and listen, or meditate, helping you connect with your inner self and lunar energy.

What to Bring:

An open heart and a willingness to receive.

Some blankets will be available but please bring a a cozy blanket or yoga mat to lie on, and or a pillow for your head

Gentle Experience: A sound bath is a soothing and gentle practice. You don’t need any prior experience with meditation or sound healing. Simply lie down, relax, and let the vibrations wash over you.

No Special Skills Required: Unlike some intense yoga practices, a sound bath doesn’t require specific physical abilities. If you can lie down comfortably, you’re all set!

Open Heart: The most important thing is to come with an open heart and a willingness to receive. Whether you’re a seasoned meditator or a curious beginner, the moon’s energy is available to everyone.
