Sandalwood (Crown Chakra) essential oil has been used to reduce stress and tension, dispel depression and persistent overthinking, and foster a feeling of balancing one's chakras to relieve unwanted energy. It also relieves aches and pains in sore muscles and joints. It protects one's skin from irritations and reduces scars and blemishes.
Frankincense (Third Eye chakra) is an essential oil that works great on one mind and body. It has been greatly used as a grounding, purifying, and protecting one's spirituality. It also helps one who feels overwhelmed to be able to refocus. It's a great meditation oil, too. Frankincense oil has anti-inflammatory benefits for aches and arthritis pain.
Chamomile (Throat chakra) essential oil is known for its soothing and calming effects, reducing stress, anxiety, irritability, depression, and restlessness. It is a great anti-irritant oil that helps soothe the skin, muscles, and nervous system. It is safe to use on children. It can also assist with PMS symptoms, bloating, gas, indigestion, and headaches.
Neroli (Heart chakra) essential oil assists one with their emotional well-being, eliminates stressors, and strengthens the physical body. It has also been known to help reduce skin irritations.
Angelica (Solar Plexus chakra) essential oil has an uplifting effect on one by promoting a calm, soothing, positive outlook from one continuously overthinking, overly stressed, anxiety, depression, and fear one might experience from trauma and PSTD.
