Colombianite, also known as Piedra Rayo, is an ancient form of Obsidian. Its name translates to “Lightning Stone. ” It was estimated that Colombianite is about 30 million years old, unique to any Obsidian. Colombianite comes from areas of Cauca and is found in a few known locations in Colombia.

Colombianite has been known to assist one in raising one's/vibrations and connecting to higher consciousness.
